Research grant to study graviton detection

Jointly with the lab of Jack Harris at Yale, our group has received a research grant by the W. M. Keck Foundation to study and develop a graviton detector. The goal is to build a proof-of-principle experimental system and explore its capabilities to probe gravitons, as well as features of linearized quantum gravity and its alternatives. The grant is a first of its kind specifically for graviton detection, which in 2024 was shown to be possible in our publication.
